E-newsletter success for RIW

RIW have supplied high performance waterproofing systems to the construction industry for over 80 years and the RIW brand is synonymous with heritage and innovation. Renowned for a high level of technical expertise, RIW understands the importance of providing user-friendly information and comprehensive technical support.
To complement RIW's award-winning website, the company asked Bull Creative to design a template for a quarterly e-newsletter and execute a mailing campaign to their database of 7,500 customers. Having produced a distinctive layout with carefully planned content, we sent the newsletter in three batches. This allowed RIW to handle enquiries effectively and enabled us to monitor results and provide useful data on the newsletter's success. Our approach, combined with clean data, achieved an impressive open-and-read rate of 36 per cent, compared with an average rate across all industries of only 25 per cent.
